David Buckel

David Buckel has over 23 years experience in the construction industry as a civil engineer, project manager, estimator, and administrator. His experience brings to both Nordby and our clients an effective and efficient process to manage the client's project budget. He has worked on a wide range of technically challenging projects, led business development efforts, and has successfully established construction businesses internationally.
David earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering (graduated with Honors), from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California (PE), a Certified Construction Manager, Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and an Accredited LEED Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) as specified by the US Green Building Council.
