Craig Nordby
CEO
Craig Nordby grew up in the construction industry. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of building and the ways these various aspects impact projects ranging from individual tenant improvements to complete industrial campuses.
In his role as Nordby CEO, Craig manages business development, strategic planning, program development, and other business key strategies in concert with his hand-picked staff of seasoned builders.
Craig also embodies the relentless pursuit of excellence that's required of any builder who hopes to succeed in a highly competitive and challenging business.
Craig earned a BA in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.

Robert Collins
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Collins has over 17 years of accounting, finance and administration experience. During his career, he has acted as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Accountant. He has extensive experience in managing banking relationships, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash management.
Robert earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.B.A., Business Administration with Finance emphasis, from Santa Clara University.
Dennis Caldwell
General Superintendent
Dennis Caldwell has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Estimator, and Construction Foreman. He currently holds the title of General Superintendent, overseeing all of Operations for Nordby Construction.
Having been previously employed with Hensel Phelps for over 10 years as Senior Project Superintendent, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. He is a motivated and natural leader who has already implemented a highly successful Safety Committee and Total Quality Control Program. Nordby Construction feels privileged to have such a successful and experienced asset on its executive team.
Tony Simmons
Director of Preconstruction
Tony Simmons has over 15 years of hands-on construction experience of which, the last 10 years has been as Nordby Construction's Director of Preconstruction. He oversees all estimating and works closely with clients from the inception of their project through the site development process, construction estimating, and value engineering strategies.
Tony is also the company's Marketing Director and works alongside Craig Nordby maintaining client relationships, managing advertising, and supervising our community involvement efforts.
Also, from time to time Tony will serve as a Project Manager. In this role, Tony has overseen some of Nordby's most technically challenging projects as well as those which have garnered the most architectural renown.

Bill Baker
Senior Project Manager
Bill has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Senior Project Manager Bill oversees the entire project from start of construction through completion. He is in charge of contract negotiations, subcontractor management and the financial success of a project. Bill has completed many successful projects over the years including commercial buildings, wineries, medical facilities, retail building and tenant improvements.
