Professional Services
Nordby's Professional Services division provides construction, project management services, and design-build services for owners to complement the services of their general contractor. We act on behalf of the owner as an owner's representative, project manager or construction manager. Our services include preconstruction activities such as programming, project planning, scheduling and budgeting, and construction services from start-up through final completion including meeting administration, invoicing, change order requests, and warranty follow-up.
