David focuses on client relationships, business development and operations, and personally oversees projects as a construction manager. During his career at Nordby, he has managed both luxury residential projects and high-end commercial construction. He has more than 13 years of field and project management experience in high-end construction.

David earned a B.S. in Construction Management/Engineering, along with architectural undergraduate studies from Arizona State University.
